A 10 m x 5 m HEATED swimming pool with a depth of 1.5m, situated adjacent to the patio area of Lo Nogier. The pool is fenced for safety purpose as per French laws. |

| Both properties share an
external utility/laundry room which is situated in a separate barn
within the grounds. Here you will find a washing machine and hand
wash basin. An Ironing board and iron can be found in each property. |

Both properties have their own patio area each comprising of tables,
chairs and loungers. |
