Situated outside the small hamlet of Petit-Bersac on the border of Charente and the Dordogne you will find Lo Nogier, a very old stone built single storey farmhouse boasting a wealth of exposed beams. Nestling in one acre of private gardens surrounded by cornfields with splendid views of the Dronne Valley, this beautifully secluded house offers full central heating, kitchen, lounge/dining room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room.
